Important administrative issue:
It is with tremendous consideration that we have decided to no longer take insurance at Stanwood Integrative Medicine, Dr Carrie Hardy. The insurance companies become increasingly difficult to deal with and there are sadly financial considerations as well in that reimbursements are getting smaller. We will continue to provide you all the current services at the clinic but starting in Jan 2026, patients will be paying cash to receive care. A super bill will be provided so that you may be reimbursed directly. As of 01 Jan 2026, Premera and Molina will not be accepted at the clinic and as of 16 December 2026, the Regence based insurances will no longer be accepted. We will continue to support you, our amazing patients, through this transition. For those who decide to change providers, I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of your health care. Dr. Carrie Hardy currently accepts only the following insurance: Regence family (including: BC/BS, HMA, Regence Group Administrators, Regence Uniform) – through 15 Dec 2026.
Please note that although we may be contracted with your insurance company, this does not necessarily mean that your specific insurance plan will cover Naturopathic care or visits at our clinic. Please call your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits ahead of time.
It is your responsibility to know and understand your insurance coverage prior to your office visit. Benefits and coverage vary per individual insurance plan, so please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to verify your benefits.
MEDICARE INFORMATION: Medicare, Medicare Bridge Plans, and Medicare Supplemental Plans normally do not cover naturopathic care. There are some Medicare Advantage Plans that do have naturopathic coverage, so please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to verify your benefits.
We also offer a Self-Pay discount at time of service for Naturopathic Physician Evaluation and Management appointments only.
